Refunds and Shipping Policy

 We will do our best to accommodate you if there are any issues with a unit, as we do guarantee 100% satisfaction.  Chat with us or contact us via the contact page. Please allow 24 hours for a response if you contact us via the contact page. If a unit needs to be returned because of size please reach out to us within 48 hours of receiving your unit. A unit must be shipped back within 5 days of receiving the unit if a return is needed. The unit should be unaltered in any way shape or form and the lace cannot be cut in order to receive a refund. Customer is responsible for shipping fees for returns.

Health and safety: Our units are made to feel comfortable and secure. It is important to know your correct head size before ordering, please refer to the "How to" page, if you need assistance on measuring your head before ordering.

The cap size (circumference) measurement is the main measurement we use. We will be more than happy to help with any concerns! Refer to the “contact page or chat with us for any questions.

After an order is in the hands of the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packaging. Please contact your local post office if you do encounter any problems.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct at check out, as we are not responsible for making sure this is correct.

How long is processing and shipping?

All units are Ready to ship and will be shipped out 1-2 days after we have received your order. Standard shipping is free for all orders. Standard shipping is 3-4 business days 

Is the hair human?

Both our raw and virgin units are made with human hair. Our units can be styled, washed, and colored. Please refer to the "How to" page for details on how to take care of your unit.

Does the wig come styled?

All of our units come styled as shown in the photos and are ready to wear! Our units are completely glueless!

Should I braid my hair first?

We recommend wearing a protective style like cornrows underneath the unit. This ensure that the wig will lay flat and hair is protected. Please continue to oil your hair when wearing the unit. We also recommend wearing a nude cap underneath the unit in order to protect the hair.
